We Need your help!

Hi everyone,

We’ve got some exciting events coming up - which will hopefully raise lots for the Community Centre fundraising pot – and we’d be really grateful for your help to make them really special for everyone!

🕸️ Halloween Family Disco – Saturday 1st November (19.00 - 22.200)

Help us transform the hall into a spooky spectacular.  We need:

• Decorators and setup crew (3.00-4.30pm)

• Door greeters and ticket takers (7pm onwards)

• Tuck shop and games helpers

• Takedown team (From 10pm)

• Costumes welcome…but not required!

🧼 Car Boot Sale – Sunday 16th November (9am-11am)

• Sorting goods donated to KCC (TBC for Fri or Sat depending on how much is donated)

• Set-up (8am)

• Manning the KCC "car boot" (9-11am)

• Clear-down (From 11am)

🎄 Christmas Fayre – Sunday 30th November (11am-3pm)

A highlight of the year! We need:

• Set up and decorators (9am)

• Stall and raffle helpers (11-3pm)

• Santa’s grotto crew (11-3pm)

• Takedown team (From 3pm)
